Ihre Herausforderung
Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams der Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnung suchen wir kurzfristig einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Sachbearbeiter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Payroll Specialist.
Sie sind verantwortlich für einen speziellen Abrechnungsbereich von in Deutschland ansässigen ADM Gesellschaften. Zudem sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für sämtliche steuer- und sozialversicherungsrelevante Fragestellungen intern und extern.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (überwiegend Tarif im vollkontinuierlichem Schichtbetrieb) inklusive der Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft
• Beratung von Mitarbeitern zu Fragen der Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Hilfestellung bei steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Anliegen
• Ansprechpartner für die Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungspartner
• Eigenverantwortlicher Monatsabschluss, Rückstellungsermittlung
• Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
• Projektunterstützung
Ihr Profil
• Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürokommunikation, Steuerfach, Industrie oder vergleichbar) und/oder einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Studienabschluss
• Idealer Weise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR/Payroll
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Umfassende, solide Kenntnisse im Bereich Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Arbeitsrecht
• Kenntnisse des Abrechnungsprogrammes LOGA und/oder Paisy von Vorteil
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, akkurate Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
