Position Overview:
The Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for delivering exemplary service and performing a wide range of back-office functions related to electronic banking. This includes processing and maintenance of ACH transactions, debit card services, remote deposit capture, online and mobile banking platforms, fraud monitoring, and core system updates. The role also supports Treasury Management, Platinum Services, and other business lines across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Online Banking and debit card/ATM operational issues
- Perform daily debit card maintenance including password resets, limit adjustments, and travel notifications
- Manage mobile banking functions such as deposit limit increases and deposit review/deletion
- Maintain bill payment services including account additions and deletions
- Reconcile DDA and General Ledger accounts on a daily and monthly basis
- Handle Regulation E disputes for POS and ACH transactions in compliance with NACHA guidelines
- Provide support and maintenance for online and mobile banking platforms
- Process incoming EIP-ACH items
- Ensure updates and maintenance are performed in accordance with network and institutional policies and regulations
- Perform additional functions including:
- Returning invalid prenotes
- Reissuing compromised or expiring debit cards
- Conducting annual ACH reviews
- Reviewing OFAC IAT transactions
- Monitoring daily fraud alerts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience preferred
- Knowledge of ACH processing, Regulation E, and digital banking platforms preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems

The approximate pay range for this position is $41,556, to $52,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
