About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Spring Meadow Day Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team on a job share basis.

In this rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and fulfilment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating care plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both citizens and colleagues.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in adult social care and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care planning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to equality, dignity, and respect in care delivery

-          This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.

-          A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
