Reward Advisor
Location: Glasgow or Upminster
Salary: Up to £35,000
Reporting to: Head of Reward
Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience through well-designed reward and benefits programmes? We’re looking for a Reward Advisor to join our People Team, supporting the development and delivery of reward, benefits, and recognition initiatives that help us attract, retain, and motivate our people.
About the Job:What you’ll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for reward-related queries through our shared inboxes.
- Manage all aspects of benefits administration and provide expert guidance on policies and processes.
- Support the design and delivery of engaging communications to promote our benefits offering.
- Keep our intranet and benefits portal up to date, ensuring information is clear and accessible.
- Assist with salary survey submissions, benchmarking activities, and financial analysis on key projects.
- Work closely with the Head of Reward and Reward Manager on initiatives such as pensions, annual renewals, and salary ranges.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects when required.
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in HR, compensation, or benefits (Reward/Benefits administration experience desirable but not essential).
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence with Excel and HRIS platforms; willingness to learn job evaluation methods and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Desirable: CIPD qualification (or working towards it), knowledge of salary surveys, and experience supporting benefit rollouts.
