POSITION TITLE: Work Pack Developer Engineer JOB CODE:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Work Pack Developer Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed schedule and budgetary constraints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and implement work packs for hook-up work scope
- Provide daily direction and oversight of the site construction process during the entire hook-up construction project
- Establish and maintain the work plan/project schedule
- Confer with project staff to outline project execution plan and assign duties and responsibilities
- Manage construction activities, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirements and timeframe, while in compliance with specification standards established
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modified schedules or plans as required
- Prepare scheduled status/job cost reports for management, clients, or others
- Oversee quantity tracking, prepare daily percentage, and progress report based on daily/weekly work accomplishments
- Obey and follow all safety rules and policies
- Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering Degree from a University or College
- 5+ years of project management experience with offshore construction, hookups, and estimating
- 5+ years working within the Oil & Gas Industry preferred
- Basic level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform basic-level mathematical skills
- Experience in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, maintain honesty and integrity, and have great time management skills
- For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at the time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
