ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Treasurer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Company’s daily cash operations and ensuring robust liquidity management across all regions in which the Company operates. This position is responsible for monitoring all cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate recording within the general ledger, and delivering a comprehensive daily report outlining current cash and debt positions to the finance executive leadership team.
This role leads to the Company’s cash flow forecasting efforts, producing precise and actionable projections that inform stakeholder communications, lender relations, and debt strategy development. The Assistant Treasurer partners closely with the Treasurer to support strategic financial decision-making, deliver timely insights, and implement new systems or processes that enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
Additionally, this position manages the Company’s travel and expense (T&E) system (Concur) and corporate credit card program, ensuring policy compliance, accurate reporting, and timely employee reimbursements.
Created in response to the Company’s continued growth, the Assistant Treasurer position offers high visibility to senior leadership and serves as a trusted advisor to the Treasurer. This role provides essential financial oversight to protect Company assets and support scalable, sustainable business expansion.
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, Full-Time, Exempt
There are offices located in both Trevose, PA and Bolingbrook, IL. Work is on a hybrid schedule if you are located near one of those two offices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide daily oversight of all bank transactions and cash movements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and lenders
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable on outgoing payments
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to monitor and report incoming customer payments
- Lead cash flow forecasting and partner with FP&A on budgeting and financial projections
- Review bank reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
- Serve as administrator for the Company’s T&E policy and Concur system
- Manage the corporate credit card program and ensure policy adherence
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation and walkthroughs for cash-related processes
- Oversee issuance and management of letters of credit
- Execute daily paydowns for asset-based lending (ABL) facilities
- Contribute to ad hoc Treasury and Finance projects as needed

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of cash flow processes and treasury operations
- 7–8 years of professional experience preferred
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
