Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a portfolio which may include commercial and agricultural relationships within the community.
- Administer and monitor existing loans to ensure compliance with loan agreements and bank policies.
- Achieve customer service goals as outlined in the Credit Services Department’s annual operating plan.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate loan processing and servicing.
- Respond promptly to inquiries or requests for information related to loan accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of loan activities, client interactions, and compliance documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial lending, agricultural lending, or related banking roles.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required; specialized bank lending education and training.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and sales skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services; valid driver’s license.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related loan position normally required.
