What You’ll Be Doing

As the Technician Resource Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to connection for assigning technicians, securing freelance talent, and coordinating travel for high-profile shows.

✅ Scheduling & Resource Allocation – Assign Show Technicians and freelance talent based on skills, schedules, and event needs
✅ Labor Database Management – Maintain accurate records of technician proficiencies and availability
✅ Negotiation & Contracts – Act as the company’s contracting agent for freelance labor, negotiating within LMG’s guidelines
✅ Communication – Share key event details with crews via email, text, phone, and R3
✅ Travel Coordination – Research, plan, and confirm travel logistics for technicians
✅ Accuracy & Collaboration – Review live event quotes, cross-check details, and coordinate with Show Services and Technical Services
✅ On-Call Support – Rotate as part of the on-call labor support team to resolve last-minute needs

What We’re Looking For

🔹 High School Diploma or equivalent
🔹 1+ year of experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination preferred
🔹 Excellent adaptability, detail orientation, and time management
🔹 Strong communication, research, and negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
