Administrative – Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department.  Taking and delivering messages. Data entry into company's repair and parts system. Maintain service files

 

Service Department – Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner. Scheduling service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians.

 

Qualifications:

  • Technology Savvy – PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools.
  • Internet & MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Construction Experience is preferred.
  • Able to multi-task and self-prioritize
  • Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual
  • Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information
  • Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative
  • Highly effective in a team environment
  • Creative problem-solver, detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
