Bring your B2B sales skills to Nespresso, the coffee brand driven by quality, innovation and passion for perfection.

 

As a B2B Sales Consultant, you’ll join our Out-Of-Home Sales team, which works closely as a unit and is collectively ambitious for its brand.  Working with a range of products that will inspire you, you will work remotely in this field based role, managing your own diary and day-to-day workload with the ultimate aim of acquiring new customers in office and customer care channels.

A day in the life of a B2B Sales Executive

As a B2B Sales Executive at Nespresso you will:

  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for the assigned Area, in designated territory
  • Identify sales opportunities within designated territory
  • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
  • Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
  • Usage of SAP Customer on Demand (CoD) and recording all above activities into (CoD)
  • Provide market intelligence to B2B HQ Team
  • Cold Calling and Visiting of selected prospects
  • Increase business with existing customers
  • Sell new machines to be placed in different venues within the customer’s premises and increase the average consumption of existing customer

 

What will make you successful?

We’re looking for passionate, driven sales professionals able to identify and win new business, build strong relationships with new customers and develop existing client relationships.

Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working with large corporate B2B organisations, although we are happy to consider those from a different background with the requisite skill-set.  Sales savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about sales, business development and relationship management.

 

You’re also:

  • Self-motivated and used to working on your own with large amounts of autonomy
  • Resilient with a can-do attitude
  • Confident at dealing with people at all levels, with particular experience operating at senior level looked on favourable for this opportunity
  • Highly organised, personable and ambitious
  • Well-equipped with consultative / solution sale skills.
