Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people development strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning initiatives.
  • Partner with Academy teams to align training with recruitment and retention goals.
  • Implement tools and frameworks for performance management and feedback.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or HR.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience managing development programs across diverse teams and functions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Certification in L&D, coaching, or HR (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP, ATD).
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS systems.
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Willing to relocated in Serang, Banten
