Currently looking to expand our Network Coordinator team, ideally seeking someone who has come from a technical administrative position who will be the point of contact for internal and external customers, keeping them up to date of current faults effecting the TV and Radio transmission for Arqiva.
Location: Emley Moor, Huddersfield
The role is a 12-hour shift based covering 24/7, 365 from 7.30am – 7:30pm (day and night shift) based in the Control room at Emley Moor.

- Up to £25.5K base salary
- 20% shift allowance

Must Haves
- Good IT skills with the full Microsoft Suite
- Excellent Time management skills
- Good experience prioritisation of tasks
- Previous experience of dealing with internal or external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support and guidance for the relevant ITIL processes
- Log all issues and requests through service management tools, ensuring customer requirements are clearly stated
- Interface with external customers, internal resolver groups, internal support functions and 3rd party suppliers to carry out effective communication and speedy resolution for incidents and requests
- The role is likely to align to some / all of the following key service management processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Major Incident Management, and Access Management to complement an End to End Service Management offering
- Undertake Business Process Testing and production of working instructions for new service.
- The role will involve working a shift pattern - more will be explained at interview.
- Radio or TV technical background or other transmission systems.
