Warehouse Supervisor

Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurately receiving transfer trucks

• Dealing with shortages
• Tagging and consolidating transfers
• Verify on 22 screen that all transfers have been received
• Reroute any shortage tickets that were not received and communicate to office to inform customer.  (If part of order was received, may need to partial off the portion that was not received)

Accurately loading delivery trucks

• Proper drop order
• Partial release as necessary
• Re-routing as necessary

Printing tickets and driver manifest

• Match up
• Stamp as necessary

Process RAs / Truck Returns

• Address qty changes with office before processing on RF gun.
• Inspect quality of return.  If unacceptable, address with whse/ops mgr before processing.

Research alleged shortages when customers call in.

Picking of routed orders

Receiving inbound freight

Ensuring accuracy of all work performed by subordinates

Other duties as assigned

Each of these responsibilities involve smaller steps outlined in Warehouse Automation Training Manual, in Document called San Antonio Daily Steps and through personal training.
