Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight in our fulfillment department. This role is hands-on and requires active support on the warehouse floor to ensure all products are received and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. The supervisor leads by example, drives operational excellence, and supports management initiatives focused on quality, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise fulfillment staff; oversee onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training.

  • Ensure department standards are achieved, including quality, cost, and on-time delivery metrics.

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and receipt processing.

  • Resolve and escalate operational issues; partner with management to implement improvements.

  • Manage scheduling, time approvals, performance reviews, and employee development.

  • Enforce safety, security, and compliance with company policies, OSHA, and ISO standards.

  • Support human capital initiatives, including interviewing, coaching, recognition, and retention.

  • Partner with Quality and Operations teams to maintain SOPs, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution.

  • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, or other continuous improvement programs preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and management information systems.

  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.


Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

  • Work in a warehouse/plant floor environment with temperature changes, moderate noise, and powered equipment.

  • PPE may be required (safety shoes, high-visibility vest, eye/ear protection).
