Description

Job Summary:

The Associate eDiscovery Project Manager is a key support role responsible for assisting senior project managers in the execution and delivery of eDiscovery projects. This is a hands-on position that requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing specific project tasks and workflows in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The individual will work on multiple concurrent matters of varying sizes, with a focus on coordinating with internal delivery teams and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes. This role provides a foundation for growth, allowing the associate to develop expertise in process and technology while contributing to project success under supervision. 


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of various project tasks and workflows within the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data processing, culling, document review, and production. 
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for project-related queries and coordinate with internal delivery teams (e.g., forensics, processing, analytics) to ensure project needs are met. 
  • Assist senior project managers with client communication, status updates, and reporting. This includes preparing materials and participating in client meetings as directed. 
  • Under guidance, create and maintain project timelines, track budgets, and monitor key metrics to ensure deliverables are on track. 
  • Perform quality control checks on project deliverables and escalate issues to senior project managers for remediation. 
  • Support the invoice process by reviewing and correcting client invoices. 
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate. 
  • 2+ years of experience in an eDiscovery support/individual role with a services vendor or law firm. 
  • Working knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity. 
  • Familiarity with analytics capabilities of various eDiscovery tools. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines effectively. 
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on identifying and escalating issues early. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams. 
  • A self-starter with a superior work ethic and professionalism. 
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of relativity. 


Preferred Requirements:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or other relevant certifications are a plus. 


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
