Job description:           Early Years Lead 

Salary:                         £52,219 - £56,154 Depending on experience 

Start Date:                   1^st January 2026 

Hours:                          36 hours per week

• Are you currently working in Early Years and understand how young children learn? 
• Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? 
• Are you effective in working with parents? 
• Are you able to create a vibrant, stimulating indoor and outdoor classroom with attractive displays and inviting learning activities? 
• Do you have at least three year’s experience of Early years? 
• Do you have experience of managing staff? 
• Are you interested in becoming a member of the SLT and supporting school improvement?
