As the Event Coordinator - Hospitality Division, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:  

  • Acts as the primary support to the Director of Hospitality for all his duties, including Event Coordination, Guest Assistance, Setup, Event Running, Food Preparation and Presentation, Sales, Technical and Audio Visual support, and other duties assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining the office of the Hospitality Department, including answering phones, emails, and client and guest inquires. 
  • Establishes and Maintains Inventories and Proper PAR levels of all needed items, ordering when necessary from approved vendors. 
  • Identify and report any needed Maintenance, cleaning, preventative or other service issues to Director of Hospitality or assigned Department. 
  • Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the Dress Code Policy. 
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
    1. Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, china/silverware, required amenities.
    2. Provide assistance with guest services. 
    3. Provide assistance with Audio-Visual Equipment as needed.
  • Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues. 
  • Interact with guests with a positive customer service attitude, providing assistance and information as needed. 

 

Event Coordinator - Hospitality Division Minimum Salary: $ 29.00

 

Event Coordinator - Hospitality Division Maximum Salary: $ 29.00

 

Event Coordinator - Hospitality Division Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 hours/week)
 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
    • WITH 3 - 5 year's of experience
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Hospitality or a related field
    • WITH 1 - 3 year's of experience
  • Experience working with a diverse population
