The mission of the Manager, Brand Marketing at Cozey 

 

We are looking for a highly strategic and trend-driven Manager, Brand Marketing, to join our Brand & Creative team. This role will serve as brand guardian, overseeing and optimizing the strategic rollout of key brand initiatives that elevate perception and awareness across all channels, furthering the objective of being the best home furnishings brand in the world. 


What you'll be doing 
 

  • Lead the translation of brand strategy into integrated rollout plans across e-com, email, paid, retail, social, and packaging, driving awareness, engagement, and measurable results. 
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all activations and communications, reflecting key messaging, the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity, including overseeing daily approvals to ensure exceptional execution of strategies. 
  • Observe and study cultural and market trends, identifying growth opportunities and areas of improvement. 
  • Track and evaluate performance of brand initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts. 
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Creative Operations Manager while aligning internal teams to guarantee that every customer touchpoint reflects brand standards, consistency, and strategic intent. 

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have 

 

  • 5+ years experience in brand management, marketing or related roles at innovative and high-performing lifestyle brands. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand rollouts across multiple channels. 
  • Exceptional knowledge of popular culture, lifestyle, fashion social trends, branding, and advertising. 
  • Exceptional presentational, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel strategy, and campaign execution. 
  • Knowledge of content production, team project management, and creative workflows. 
  • Competency in visual design software 
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
