Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to perform comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably within a federal or ERP environment. This role requires proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, with a focus on leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) data structures to support reporting, trend analysis, and data quality management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be prepared to work a shift-based schedule.

Data Analyst Job Duties: 

• Conduct data analysis for reporting and dashboard creation (Day shift).

• Perform trend analysis and data backlog cleanup (Swing shift).

• Monitor and analyze data flows across internal and external interfaces.

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for data integrity issues and system incidents.

• Assist in the resolution of data-related trouble tickets and audit findings.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts for operational use.

• Collaborate with interface and system teams to validate data mappings and transformations.

• Support audit readiness by ensuring data traceability and documentation accuracy.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide data insights to support backlog prioritization.

• Maintain awareness of system performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) data structures for analysis and reporting.

• Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Support data quality management and monitor system interfaces.

• Provide support for audit activities.

• Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to complex data challenges.

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation.

Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret (S) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying. 

Experience Requirements: Requires 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a federal or ERP environment. Candidates must have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) data structures and reporting, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and familiarity with data quality management, interface monitoring, and audit support.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Desired Skills / Qualifications: Experience supporting 24/7 operations or shift-based environments is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments and experience with data reconciliation, root cause analysis (RCA), and interface control documents (ICDs) is highly desirable. Knowledge of audit compliance frameworks, data traceability, and exposure to system integration and external data exchange processes are also preferred.

Location: On site in Quantico, VA

Status: Full time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Travel Required: yes, 10%
