Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Associate S1 to join our manufacturing quality control team. This entry-level role ensures inbound and outbound shipments meet company standards. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy in verifying shipments, and compliance with quality requirements. You’ll play an important role in maintaining product quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Verify inbound and outbound loads for accuracy in quantity, labeling, and documentation.
Check orders assembled by operators and report shortages, damages, or missed shipments.
Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Accurately read and understand signage, documentation, and quality protocols.
Follow all company safety standards, policies, ISO, and SOP requirements.
Assist with additional quality-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Warehouse, manufacturing, or printing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer use (Excel, Word, email, MIS).
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
Standing for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Work in a manufacturing/plant environment with temperature changes, moderate noise, and moving equipment.
May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, eye/ear protection, and safety vests.
