Seeking a Part-Time (20hrs/wk) CAD draftsperson with an interest in lighting fixtures, lighting design, tunable lighting, lighting control systems, and AV technology design.

Hours:
- Mon to Fri from 9am to 6pm (EST)
- 20hrs/wk (During Work Hours)
Location (In-Person Only):
- Greenpoint Brooklyn, NY
- In-Person Only. Not Remote. Not Hybrid.
Assist Project Manager & Design Managers with:
- Draft Construction Docs using AutoCAD (Wiring Diagrams, Elevation Details, etc.)
- Analyze Electrical and Lighting Plans from Architectural Drawings
- Analyze Architectural Millwork Drawings
- Use Lutron Designer to Program/Build Lighting & Shade Control Systems
- Participate in design meetings with Clients, Architects, General Contractors, etc.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience
- +3 Years of Experience with AutoCAD
- Takes ownership of assignments (work independently and as a team)
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA (or experience) in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Arch Eng.
- Knowledge of 3-D modeling programs, i.e. Rhino, 3-D Studio Max, etc.
Compensation
- $35-$45/hr (Based on Experience)
