JOB SUMMARY

The Wholegood Order Fulfillment (WOF) Manager is primarily responsible for management and oversight of the WOF department and team. Primary department and team functions include receiving, managing, processing, coordinating and delivering wholegood orders to dealers as well as providing best in class customer service. Employee motivation, achievement and development are key responsibilities of this role. This position is also responsible for coordination with other departments and stakeholders regarding process management/improvement, product promotion, invoicing, inventory management, shipping schedules and forecasting. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Monitor and evaluate performance against established goals to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of shipments.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching, sharing best practices in shipping operations and training team members for skill development.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deficiencies and implement solutions to restore efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, best practices and standard operating procedures to drive overall operational excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver departmental performance reports for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Foster team engagement and motivation through recognition programs, incentive initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, business planning and inventory management to ensure proper inventory levels to accomplish shipment objectives.
  • Management of product information (part numbers, pricing, program codes, etc.) in KIOTI OneSource.
  • Establish, monitor and review departmental and individual KPI’s in coordination with management and leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for shipments, returns and/or programs.
  • Monitor all timecards, time off requests, and annual performance reviews for the department
  • Periodical and annual review of team and individual performance against KPIs for evaluations and compensation adjustments.
  • Establishment and management of departmental budgets and costs.
  • Facilitate or participate in all meetings as necessary or required to improve internal and external communications and share pertinent information as needed.
  • All other functions and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department manager or company executive(s) to support company objectives and activities.

Organizational Relationship: This position will work closely with the dealer organization, sales operations, product support department, all warehousing facilities, accounting/finance department, purchasing department, IT department, national sales, freight companies, and outside financing companies.

 

 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred and five plus years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task and  manage heavy workloads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (phone, written, email)
  • Proficiency with CRM Salesforce, WMS and SAP are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Applications such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Strong management and teamwork skills are a must.
