We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to contribute to this growing company. This role specifically is located in: Dallas, TX.

Primary Responsibilities 

Employee Lifecycle 

    • Serve as primary HR contact for employees and counsel leadership on people strategies. 
    • Lead onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors; maintain accurate records. 
    • Oversee 90-day and annual reviews; track performance documentation as needed. 
    • Provide insights and recommendations on staffing, scheduling, and resourcing.  
    • Manage payroll processes, related platforms, and year-end tax forms. 

    Culture 

      • Partner with leadership to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and trust. 
      • Drive engagement through recognition, feedback, and employee initiatives. 
      • Manage PTO and leave policies consistently. 

      Hiring 

        • Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 
        • Manage ATS pipelines, postings, and candidate communication. 
        • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and prepare offers. 
        • Provide recruiting analytics on sources, time-to-fill, and pipeline health. 

        Policies & Compliance 

          • Monitor federal and state legislation; advise leadership on updates. 
          • Own HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. 

          Benefits 

            • Administer health and insurance programs; act as first-line support. 
            • Evaluate benefits and provide recommendations for renewals and negotiations. 

            Qualifications 

            • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR/SHRM preferred. 
            • 3–5+ years HR experience in professional services, with marketing communications industry experience strongly preferred. 
            • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process and consistent follow-through. 
            • Strong understanding of compliance and HR best practices.
