Essential Responsibilities 

The Marketing Supervisor will:  

  •  Collaborate with CMO on the overall marketing, advertising, and content creation strategies.
  • Supervise employees, to include hiring, time management, training, performance management, and coaching.
  •  Manage marketing and advertising channels, including content creation.
  •  Manage the Bank’s branding efforts, including ensuring quality, compliance, and development of long-term brand strategy.
  • Manage the digital marketing and content creation areas, which includes ensuring compliance with banking regulations, setting goals, ensuring team members’ work is completed efficiently, and providing training and support to team members.
  •  Manage assigned marketing projects, including overseeing requests, effective communication with stakeholders, allocating resources, developing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring compliance and quality control.
  •  Partner with CMO to develop annual marketing and advertising budget.
  •  Assist with other Marketing team functions as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or related field, and
  •  Five (5) years’ professional marketing or advertising experience.

Preferred Qualifications 

  •  One (1) year of marketing or advertising experience in the financial services industry.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience.
