The Opportunity

As Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting executives and the broader leadership team within the Funds Management Group. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations and contributes to a high-performance culture through efficient and proactive administrative support.

You will make an impact by:

  • Managing executive support – Provide complex diary management, coordinate meetings (including video conferencing and catering), and handle travel arrangements in line with company policy.

  • Supporting team operations – Assist with expense reconciliations, invoice approvals, and document preparation including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.

  • Coordinating onboarding and events – Facilitate new starter processes and support logistics for team events, training sessions, and external conferences.

  • Maintaining stakeholder communication – Act as a point of contact in the absence of team members, manage incoming calls, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborating across teams – Work closely with the wider Funds Admin team to manage shifting workloads, improve efficiencies, and support key deliverables and projects.

About You

  • Completed Higher School Certificate or equivalent; further education in business or administration is advantageous.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach and interpersonal savvy.

  • Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset aligned with a high-performance team culture.
