As a Server, you will provide excellent table service, take food and beverage orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a polished guest service approach.

Status: Seasonal (with potential for year-round opportunities depending on performance and business needs)
Position Start Date: Winter Season 25/26
Typical Schedule: Open availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; schedule will vary based on service needs
Responsibilities:- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff for smooth service.
Qualifications:- Previous serving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverages is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure service periods.
- Guest-first mindset.
- Ability to ski is a plus but not required.
Work Environment & Transportation Requirements:
Working at Brighton Resort requires commitment and planning to arrive on time and navigate canyon traffic and mountain weather conditions. Employees must be prepared for delays, road restrictions, and seasonal challenges associated with high-altitude resort operations.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate commercial equipment as required by role.
- Comfortable working in cold, snowy, and high-altitude conditions.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak ski/summer seasons.
