We give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to order goods from factories in China easily and efficiently. After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets. 

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a platform for global shopping; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

JoomPro is entering a rapid expansion phase and we are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Outbound sales) who will be responsible for acquiring new large clients for JoomPro Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure large clients for JoomPro Brazil, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Design and maintain a robust outbound prospecting pipeline to drive consistent growth
  • Oversee the entire acquisition process — from curating prospect lists and managing the sales funnel to closing high-value deals
  • Work closely with Sales Excellence, Supply, Logistics, and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting activities and ensure a seamless client experience


Requirements

  • Proven track record in active prospecting of large clients in complex sales environments
  • Proficiency in B2B Outbound prospecting tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Cortex, Ramper, Clearbit, among others
  • Skilled in using CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting funnel control, pipeline setup, and conversion by funnel stage
  • Ability to independently build, organize, and manage your own prospecting portfolio with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with leading sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, SPICED among others
  • Advanced English
