Overview:

Groom Law Group is seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Associate to join our Health Group. Responsibilities:

The attorney will possess at least some experience and demonstrated interest with federal and state health-related regulatory law matters and advising clients on related compliance issues.  Experience with ERISA, the ACA, MHPAEA, the No Surprises Act, and state insurance law is preferred.  Additional subject areas include the Public Health Service Act, the False Claims Act, HIPAA and other privacy laws, COBRA, and Medicare/Medicaid managed care regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant health law experience, superior academic credentials, excellent analytical skills, and strong writing skills are encouraged to submit their resumes. Government work experience is valued. The candidate must be located within the Washington DC metro area, or be willing to relocate. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $325,000. Please note that the offer amount will be dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
