GTM Product Manager Motors na Olx

We serve millions of people around the world every month, through our well-loved consumer brands, including OLX, Immovirtual, and Standvirtual.We are looking for a Go-to-Market Product Manager for OLX and Standvirtual. In this role, you will be the main liaison between the central product and technology teams that develop these platforms and the local team in Portugal.

What will you be responsible for?

Manage the local go-to-market process for new product features, including strategy, planning, testing, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch;

Handle the complete lifecycle of tools developed at the local level, such as local API tools for customers and landing pages for local campaigns, from design to implementation;

Keep an eye on the stability of local platforms like Standvirtual and OLX Autos. Report and escalate significant bugs and errors to central teams for resolution;

Work closely with the local sales, customer support team, and customers to identify product needs. Create business cases for new features and upgrades to present to central teams;

Actively participate in the design and implementation of the central product team's roadmap;

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including local teams, central teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and smooth operations;

Analyze the performance of local product features and tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvements;

Provide training and support to local teams on new product features and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to use them effectively.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

2+ years of experience in a similar role: (ex., Product Manager, Go to Market Manager, Product Operations);

Very strong project management skills and proven track record;

Very good communication skills: both verbal and written, as well as solid presentation skills;

Good understanding of the product management way of working;

Technical understanding - able to understand how various systems work with each other and to explain a technical issue to an engineering team;

Familiarity with the automotive domain: car makes, models, and car features. Having a passion for cars will make the job even more rewarding;

Knowledge of UX and UI design is a plus.
