CTG is seeking to fill a C2M Specialist opening for our client in Dallas, TX.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Gather and analyze business requirements for the C2M system.
Design and configure the C2M system to meet business needs.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired functionality.
Review and analyze system requirements for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
Skills:
Strong requirements gathering and analysis for C2M systems.
Functional expertise in rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management.
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Knowledge of C2M system design and configuration best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
Proven experience working with C2M systems or similar enterprise billing and customer management platforms.
Experience supporting UAT and guiding end-users through system processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
