Intermediate Customer Service Advisor na Arobas Personnel

Arobas Personnel is currently seeking an Intermediate Customer Service Advisor for a mandate with one of its clients located in Mississauga.

 *Remote : Hybrid* 

Your day-to-day:

• Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Handle requests that require additional research or follow-up.
• Redirect requests to the appropriate department as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Use call tracking systems to log and follow up on all requests.

• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
