Gravity Global is looking for an Account Coordinator to share in our passion for creating work that unearths a compelling difference in brands. We seek a bright and curious go-getter who helps elevate our clients’ products/services to a wonder in the world. As part of the Gravity Global Account group, you’ll spend your days supporting our advertising campaigns, working closely with the client, media, and creative teams to ensure quality work that meets goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing the client’s annual media plan and strategy.
- Assist in developing media and creative briefs to ensure clear objectives and strategy and work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy campaigns.
- Execute projects from start to finish, earning confidence and developing a solid working rapport with day-to-day client contacts. This is a client-facing role.
- Manage and execute daily trafficking of creative materials and Web development updates internally. Build a strong source of information for the internal teams.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, industry, and competition.
- Attend internal and Client-facing status meetings, send meeting recaps and update status reports.
- Provide administrative support to the account management team, including developing and organizing meeting materials.
- Purchase order and invoice processing
- Assist in developing and organizing ongoing media reporting, tracking, and other reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years of advertising agency experience or brand management experience; media experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in marketing or advertising a plus
- Excellent communication skills Ability to follow up with Client and team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are on track.
- A strategic mindset, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The desire and ability to work efficiently/simultaneously at both strategic and tactical execution levels.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to spearhead own set of projects with oversight as needed.
- Ability to effectively work with/for many different people/personality types.
