StretchLab is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Studio.

POSITION:

  • The Assistant Sales Manager position will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role works in collaboration with and under the direction of the Area Manager/Owners and is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of sales experience – membership sales preferred.
  • Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell
  • Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner, area manager
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
  • Proficiency in social media and other grass roots marketing

 

DUTIES

  • Lead generation through grass roots marketing (social media, community events, in house events) and networking with businesses (creating partnerships, attending Chamber events, etc.)
  • Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting (setting appointments and confirming appointments)
  • Assist the Area Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Assist in training & supervising Sales Associate
  • Become proficient in ClubReady (CRM)
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio (social media, storefront, inhouse, etc.)
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs
  • Meet daily and monthly sales goals
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Other duties as assigned

 

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • Starting pay $18
