Description
Purpose of Position:
· Supports the Value Stream Team by ensuring smooth flow and preventing interruptions by replenishing materials and supplies at workstations, removing waste, and performing other intermittent tasks.
· Supports the Value Stream Manager and Supervisor in continuous improvement activities regarding SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity)
Essential Functions:
· Supplying raw materials, parts, tools, and supplies to workstations at the right time and in the right quantity
· Removing waste materials and empty containers from the production area.
· Helping production team members with any issues or challenges they may encounter.
· Performing non-routine tasks like transporting finished goods, moving Kanban cards, updating status boards, and helping with changeovers.
· Identifies waste-elimination opportunities to Value Stream Manager or Supervisor (VSM/VSS) and support corrective action plans
· Supports team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity metrics (SQDIP).
· Notifies VSM/VSS of any concerns regarding all HR, Safety, and Security work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system requirements.
· Behave, speak, and treat others in a respectful manner while supporting workflow.
· Participate in kaizen or improvement project teams
· Perform transactional functions such as routing, inventory adjustments, generating cycle counts, restocking
Other Non-essential Functions:
· Other duties as assigned.
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
· Minimum 1 year Antigua experience in Heat Seal, Embroidery, or Warehouse
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
· Good analytical skills. With minimal instruction, must be able to operate numerous software systems on a computer, tablet, or handheld equipment
· Strong team player. Must be able to guide associates to other work areas in a polite manner.
· Good oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with a variety of people at various technical and management levels

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include: eye protection, gloves, face shields, and protective shoes. Contact lenses are allowed in all areas.
