Member First Mortgage is seeking a Disclosures & Early CD Specialist for our growing Disclosures department! In this position you would be responsible for duties within the Disclosures and Closing departments. Prepares and delivers disclosures as dictated by TRID/RESPA and company policy. Provides administrative support for mortgage loan closing activities.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and delivers disclosures to borrowers for specific loan type/program and follows up with mortgage consultant to ensure borrowers acknowledge and sign closing disclosures. Reviews Good Faith Estimates (GFE) for accuracy and completeness prior to providing disclosures. Monitors and follows time frame requirements, including the 3 day LE/disclosure period. Reviews settlement statements prior to closing for any fee changes.
- Provides administrative support for mortgage loan closings. Prepares the appropriate documents for members in accordance with loan type programs and established policies and procedures. Reviews closing documents for completeness and accuracy including title reports and lock confirmations. Reviews loans for disbursement and obtains and signs off closing conditions.
- Addresses internal loan personnel, member and credit union requests and questions, including questions on loan policies and closing procedures. Researches and retrieves information from closed loans. Distributes loan information including points paid, FHA servicing, funding, and shipping data to appropriate departments.
- Follows training guidelines and company policy to assure that all loans disclosures and closings are processed according to RESPA/TRID requirements.
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills including ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of RESPA and/or TRID preferred.
- Required computer skills: Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
- Ten key calculator, typewriter and keyboard skills.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen, to use hand to finger, to speak in and listen carefully on the telephone.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a remote office setting.
