What will you do?
 

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor guiding Alfabet customers on their journey to success. You’ll lead them through onboarding, adoption, and growth, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. 


Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing post-sales relationships with a defined set of Alfabet customers. 
  • Driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansions through success plans. 
  • Conducting business reviews that celebrate results and identify new opportunities. 
  • Acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, Support). 
  • Advising customers on EA and portfolio management best practices and complex solution implementations. 
  • Managing escalations and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly. 
  • Building customer advocacy through references and case studies. 
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and contributing to overall account strategy.

Who are you? 


  • You are fluent in German and in English.  
  • You hold a
    bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Economics, or a related field. 
  • You bring 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Change Management within SaaS enterprises. 
  • You have deep knowledge of enterprise and business architecture and love turning it into real customer value. 
  • You have a track record in driving adoption, retention, and renewals. 
  • You are experienced in business reviews, account planning, and escalations. 
  • You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and leading strategic and technical discussions. 
  • You are customer-focused, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • You are experienced with enterprise architecture or portfolio management tools (e.g., Alfabet, Mega HOPEX, Bizzdesign Horizzon). 
  • You are willing to travel to strengthen customer partnerships.

Recruitment Process 
 

  • 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)  
  • 2nd Interview with our Chief Customer Officer (30 minutes)  
  • 3rd Interview with our General Manager and our Chief Customer Officer (1 hour)
