Location: Milton Keynes (office-based with travel to client sites as required)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Our Clinical Services division is growing rapidly, providing insourcing services across the UK to reduce NHS referral-to-treatment times and improve patient outcomes. We are now seeking a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join this exciting and fast-expanding team.

The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ID Medical is the provider of choice for NHS trusts and private healthcare clients. You will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS clients, healthcare professionals and partners.
• Lead service delivery across multiple specialties, ensuring patient pathways are supported effectively.
• Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand and cross-sell services.
• Manage rota planning, compliance, and workforce resources to deliver seamless service.
• Support proposals, costings, bid activity, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure client communications, reporting, and forecasting are accurate and timely.
• Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in service delivery, project management, account management, or customer service.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with sensitivity, political awareness, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable but not essential).
