Scheduling Coordinator - Gutters & Metal na ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC

Job Summary: Completes all aspects of gutter and metal install scheduling, as well as all the ordering and tracking of all material.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tracks and records information as relevant to specific jobs, communities or builders.
• Schedules metal roofing and gutter installation jobs for assigned markets.
• Compiles a file containing information related to selections, elevations, colors and additional options, and calculates the amount of materials required to complete the job.
• Maintains constant communication with builders providing updates of any and all changes.
• Works closely with scheduling department and metal department to monitor material usage for accuracy
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. 
• Serves as liaison between crews and builder with regard to daily installs. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to learn new software quickly 
• Thorough understanding of shingle roofing 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/ General Education Diploma required
• 2-5 years of experience in construction industry required
• 2+ years of data entry experience required 
• 2+ years of roofing or gutter experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus and preferred 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform some travel.
• Light to moderate lifting up to 15 pounds, pushing and pulling abilities.
