Internship Location: Naperville, IL

Setting: Hybrid (Monday � Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote Flexibility)

Duration: May 25, 2026 � August 8, 2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Overview of Role

Highline Warren is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated intern to join our Customer Operations team within the Commercial Sales organization. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects and process improvements that directly support customer retention and sales growth. As an intern, you�ll collaborate with cross-functional teams�including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain�to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. This role is ideal for a current student looking to develop real-world business skills while making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: streamline manual processes (make less manual)

  • eCommerce activities: Customer-facing analysis; internal collaboration designed to increase revenue, streamline processes, driving adoption

  • Data/spreadsheet clean-up � create ordering template that can be uploaded

  • Customer Master analysis/processes � how to update

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Go-getter personality with an eagerness to learn, willingness to �roll up your sleeves� to get the job done and focus on building relationships within the company.

  • Desire to pursue business and direct customer interaction career

  • Comfortable with data analytics eg: Microsoft Suite

  • Demonstrable logically driven mindset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Experience and Education

  • Must be a current junior student at a college or university (rising senior student during the summer internship).??
