Reporting to the Vice-President, Fuel Services and Operational Excellence, this position will provide administrative support to the Fuel Services Division.

 

Position and Responsibilities

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sort, distribute and courier internal and external mail
  • Maintain and organize regulatory documentation
  • Schedule meetings with internal teams, regulators and stakeholders
  • Organize site tours and events
  • SAP processes include creating purchase requisitions, notifications and SES’s
  • Serve as the primary contact for all building maintenance requests
  • Support and provide back-up to the executive assistant
  • General administrative duties as required

 

Education and Qualifications

 

  • Certificate or diploma in business or administration or equivalent
  • Three to five years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, TEAMS, and SAP
