HOURS

 

Full Time

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. M-F

7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at least one Saturday per month 


 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 

Daily reconcilement of statement and notice production totals.

 

Monthly confirmation of proper statement banners applied to appropriate accounts.

 

Supply ordering for the department as needed. 

 

Daily processing of returned mail. 

 

Responsible for the support (answering calls and emails) of bank personnel on operational issues including:

 

  • Use of teller platform
  • Use of new account platform
  • Use of Horizon deposit applications
  • Debit Card ordering
  • Debit Card transactions and maintenance
  • Teller workstation setups

 

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

 

Applicant should possess superior customer service abilities

 

Previous teller and/CSR experience preferred

 

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Exceptional problem solving skills

 

Applicant should be computer literate and capable of adapting quickly to changing software environments.  This qualification encompasses the ability to comprehend and act upon technical instructions from vendors and team members as they relate to the functionality of the software.

 

Applicant should have proven task management skills and be able to readily adapt to change

 

Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

 

Previous teller and/or CSR experience

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports

 

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

 

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials

 

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

 

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

 

Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
