Purpose and Mission

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth handling of inquiries, orders, and service requests, while working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

You’ll manage customer inquiries from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate responses across billing, orders, and service requests.

You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.

You’ll support sales forecasting and reporting by providing relevant data and market insights.  

You’ll follow up on quotations, track outcomes, and help improve win/loss ratios.

You’ll maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and product information in systems like SAP and CRM.

You’ll contribute to improving customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and initiating actions based on insights.

You’ll support premium customers when needed and adapt to changing business needs with flexibility and teamwork. 

Skills

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer service.

You have experience working with customer service tools and systems (e.g. SAP, CRM).

You are able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

You are a team player who’s adaptable and willing to support across departments.

You have minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a sales or technical environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
