Position Title: Overnight Maintenance / Housekeeper

Starting pay $15 per hour and up based on education and experience with an overnight shift differential

Position Summary:  This position is a Hybrid position for both maintenance and housekeeping duties overnight. Including but not limited to overseeing the hospital linen service, wheelchair and medical device maintenance, floor care, and other various maintenance work orders.

Requirements

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as maintenance or housekeeping in a health care facility is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. 

INTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be able to cooperate with patients and staff.

-Position requires a high level of self discipline and ability to work with minimal supervision.

-Position may require some overtime.

-Position requires taking emergency call after shift hours for 1 week rotations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds. Must be able to use mops and large vacuum cleaners. Must be able to move collected trash outside for disposal. Must be able to   tolerate occasionally high or low temperatures. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel and reach in order to clean high and low areas. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. This position requires physically demanding strenuous work. 

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30pm-7:30am
