Resort Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Resort Manager. In this role you’ll be responsible for assisting the Assistant & General Manager of the resort in providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel management team as it strives to provide the highest quality standards and services
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your focus will be tied to five major departments, including Food & Beverage, Waterpark, Rooms, Retail, and Spa Kalahari. You’ve got to love being on the floor with our associates and guests!

Key Responsibilities
- Assists the AGM & GM in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Resort
- Assists the AGM & GM in providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel management team as it strives to provide the highest quality in standards and services.
- Is essentially the "face" of the Resort and must represent the Resort in a knowledgeable and eloquent manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
- Build strong guest relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
