Summary
The primary role of the Branch Support Administrator is to support various branches remotely across the country with Financial Client Associate (“FCA”)/Compliance duties on an as needed basis. This person should expect to support multiple branch offices simultaneously.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Duties to include all FCA responsibilities such as opening new accounts, sending documents to clients, setting up ACH instructions, sending fed wires monitoring requirements for branch compliance needs etc.
- Respond to emails and calls from branch offices with procedural questions.
- Triage miscellaneous phone calls that are received from branch offices (i.e.: FCA support coverage or compliance/process questions).
- Various miscellaneous duties as assigned (i.e.: reports, updating salesforce, etc.)
- Some travel (via plane or car) up to 10% of the time, may be required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and with Firm specific applications (Salesforce and Netx360)
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to determine which requests should be a priority
- Ability to monitor for issues that may arise and determine if/when the issue should be escalated to senior management.
Education and/or Work Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum Required: 3+ years working in financial services, having Branch Office experience is preferred
Licenses/Registration
- Minimum Required: Series 7 & 66 required upon hire
Work Environment
This position requires the ability to work in a stationary position for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
