Job Description:Brokerage Dispatch Support are responsible for customer service after hours. During the after-hours shift, the Brokerage Dispatch Support is directly responsible for the day-today freight management for all accounts within group and for supporting the day Supply Chain Leader's and/or Account managers performance on customer scorecards. As an SCA for after hours, you will need to know operational details about all of our target growth accounts to help move them in the right direction along with any other corporate initiatives, as well as the roles for tracking shipments and sourcing carriers.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Transportation Management System.
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Business English required.

Responsibilities
- Utilize tools including TMS, rating system, optimization, and others as needed to design logistics solutions.
- Coordinate, Tracking and Follow up the customers loads assigned to make sure we met the customers’ requirements (ensure on-time pickups – Deliveries).
- Maintain effective communication with Account Managers, Customer (If needed), Shippers regarding Load updates.
- Keep the TMS updated and clean in all aspects, (operationally, rating, etc.) to provide timely visibility and make sure loads are good to go since accounting perspective.
- Procure a healthy relation with carriers by effective communication, determine and meet commitments, monthly meetings feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports as defined by customer requirements.
- Prepare "spot" quotes as requested by customers and securing expedited transportation as needed.
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures set forth in your employee handbook. You are required to understand 100% of their content.
- Other After-Hours duties as required provided.
