Retirement Plan Document Associate na Cetera Financial Group Inc

The Cetera TPA Legal team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join us as a Retirement Plan Admin Associate. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely progress across various projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and execute workflow tasks in a timely manner
• Prepare qualified retirement plan documents, amendments, and related participant notices
• Manage document distribution, tracking, receipt, processing, and secure storage
• Apply regulatory rules and deadlines appropriately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Sound judgment to determine appropriate actions
• Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong familiarity with the financial services industry
• Working knowledge of qualified retirement plans
• Experience handling legal and regulatory documents

Minimum Required Education & Experience: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry preferred

Compensation: 

The base annual salary range for this role is $22.10 to $32.20, plus a competitive performance-based bonus.  Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
