Job Title: Assistant to Inventory Director
Department: Executive Department
Reports To: Tracy Ingram
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
Performs clerical duties and record keeping for Inventory Director of Northside Auto Group. Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Stocks in inventory units for Northside Ford.
- Downloads vehicle invoices for Northside Ford.
- Functions as a backup receptionist for Chevrolet, Honda, and Mercedes as needed.
- Schedules courtesy deliveries for Ford and delivers courtesy deliveries.
- Processes dealer trade paperwork for Ford.
- Assists Inventory Director as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Check all Ford, Chevrolet, Honda and Mercedes for rebate doc and claim maintains RDR report for Ford and Chevrolet.
- Sales reports Ford new car sales
- Maintains Ford and Chevrolet recalls
- Maintains Keytrak for all Northside Auto group stores.
- Maintains FCTP inventory units.
- Issue make ready PO’s for Ford
- GPS lot tracker report for Northside Auto Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficient in ten key by touch. Comprehends basic accounting principles of credits and debits.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals on an adding machine.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to pay close attention to detail when conducting all essential duties.
