Compensation & Schedule:
$17.60 – $26.40 per hour | Hourly
7a – 4p | Full-Time | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Examines products at various stages in the production process to identify defects and completes appropriate testing of products as needed.
- Documents all defects with recommended necessary repairs and reroutes defective projects to the appropriate area for correction.
- Completes root cause analysis to determine the source of product defects.
- Compares product work orders to the inspected product to ensure customer specifications have been met.
- Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of products.
- Supports and manages the company quality business systems.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Quality Control Experience
- Proficiency MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50#
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts as required.
