As Principal Benefits Partner, you will be responsible for managing benefit plans and programs across EMEA. Working closely with the regional People Team Resources, you’ll use your market knowledge and experience to develop leading edge plans and programs, manage compliance, and assist with strategy. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Design regional benefit and wellness programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of Pega and market best practices with benefit plans.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (People Team, Finance, Legal, etc).
  • Analyze benefit trends and best practices, report findings and provide recommendations to address business needs.
  • Liaise with works councils and social committees.
  • Manage compliance pertaining to benefits, leave, and retirement.

Who You Are:

Reporting to the Head of Global Benefits & Mobility, the right candidate will be a highly collaborative and motivated individual seeking to grow his/her knowledge of the field, enhance his/her research skills, and partner with a global People Team.

What You've Accomplished:

  • At least 5 years established Benefits experience in EMEA, broadly.
  • Experience in UK, Poland, France preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented while navigating rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
